A great day of marlin fishing on the dreamgirl. Today we started out the day catching a nice gaffer dolphin and then the marlin action started. We hooked a pair of white marlin and had them both jumping behind the boat until bad luck happened and one of our customers hit the reel into free spool and broke one of the marlin off. We did not let that get us down we kept on fishing and not to long later caught another white marlin. Then bad luck struck again and another white was broken off. After that more action we caught a pair of nice sailfish at about 215 and right after that we caught another white marlin. Our party got some great video and pictures of the marlin action and they went home with 5 marlin and alot of great memories.

We went dolphin fishing today on the dreamgirl. We went down to the south looking for grass and found some but it was not edged up very good. Their were nice big dolphin to be caught but it was not easy because of the scattered grass. We ended up with a nice catch of about 30 dolphin of all sizes. Also we hooked a blue marlin on a bailing rod our smallest rod on the boat . Other boats went to the northeast and went marlin fishing. There were Blue marlin,White marlin, and Sailfish caught. Also some boats went tuna fishing and caught a few tuna. Give us a call and let us know what you want to catch. 252 255 8037 Jason

Great day of fishing on the dreamgirl! Today we decided to go and try to catch some big gaffer dolphin on the grass line first thing and it payed off. We caught 12 nice dolphin mostly gaffers on light tackle. The water where we were fishing was very pretty and looked like somewhere a marlin would be living in. And about 45 minutes after we got there we caught a nice white marlin and got some great pictures of it beside the boat. Then 30 minutes later we caught another white marlin. This marlin was jumping all over the place. What a fun fight! The grass line fell apart so we went to try to catch a tuna. We decided to put the kite up and caught a nice 40 pound tuna on the kite. Then we caught another tuna trolling about the same size. We have some days open give us a call. 252 255 8037 Jason Snead

Meat slam today on the dreamgirl! We started out the day with a nice 50 pound tuna and missed another.Today our party wanted to try for tuna so we circled the tuna area all day. The tuna this week have not been biteing very well because of the full moon they have been feeding all night. Then after catching the tuna we then caught a gaffer dolphin. We then decided to put a bait out to try to catch a wahoo to complete our meat slam and it only took a few minutes until we had a nice wahoo in the box. We are thinking that this next week should be alot better on the tunas as the moon darkens again.Give us a call 252 255 8037 Jason

Meat slam today on the dreamgirl. We started out the day flying the kite and we caught 1 tuna and lost another one. Then the wind fell out and we had to pull our kite in. We were marking tunas everywhere but unlike yesterday they were not biting today. We had 7 tuna bites today and caught 4 nice 50 pounders and a big Wahoo. Then we caught a nice gaffer dolphin to complete our meat slam. I hope the tunas bite better tomorrow. We still have sunday open 252 2558037 Jason Snead

July started out with a bang. Tuna Tuna Tuna jumping everywhere. Our party was a little late this morning so we decided to start out fishing about 10 miles away from the rest of the boats where some fish were jumping yesterday afternoon. When we got there tunas were jumping all over the place eating flying fish. So we put our kite out and had a fish on right away. Then another and another and another. Then we called the other boats and they came running to us.We had 15 big 40 to 50 pounders by late morning and our party said that they had enough tunas and wanted to go swimming so we headed in to go swimming. Oh yea we also caught a gaffer dolphin on the kite. WE still had thursday open 252 2558037 Jason Snead

There were tunas everywhere for miles and miles today but they were not very hungry. We started out the day by catching 3 dolphin on the way out then we put the kite right up. The last couple days the kite was the only thing that the tunas wanted but today they wanted nothing to do with it. We marked the tunas for hours pulling the kite and no bites. So we took it down and were putting the trolling stuf out and had 2 bites and caught 1 nice tuna. After lunch and tunas were jumping all over the place but still hard catch. We ended up catching 8 tunas today. All were singles. Hopefully were can trick a few into biteing again tomorrow

We were hoping for more wind than yesterday but not this much. The wind was 15 to 20 out of the southwest and pretty bumpy but that did not stop our party from catching tuna. There was alot of bailer dolphin around today but our party wanted something big so we tuna fished. We decided to fish our kite all day because the tunas around were eating flying fish so they did not want the baits we troll with. We caught 6 nice tunas all were singles. We had alot more bites but they were lazy tunas and they would miss the baits. Tomorrow hopefully we will get the ones we missed today

Kite fishing today on the dreamgirl. It was a slow morning on the tunas. We caught two nice 50 pounders trolling in the first few hours and then the fish stopped biting the trolling stuf completely. So we decided to put our kite up and we hooked three at once right away. We had some bad luck and only got one of the three. Then we picked at them on the kite for the next two hours until it was time to got. What awsome tuna bites on the kite the tunas were jumping 5 feet in the air to eat our flying fish. We ended up with 7 nice tunas and had 5 happy people. Hopfullly tomorrow there will be more wind so we can fly the kite again. Jason Snead
