Welcome to Dream Girl charters, your professional guide to gulfstream fishing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Dream Girl sails out of Oregon Inlet fishing Center, home to the busiest most competitive fishing fleet on the eastern seaboard.

We offer a fully rigged comfortable 57’ custom Carolina Sport Fisherman with a 28kt cruise and a tuna tower. Built by Captain Billy Baum who retired in 2000, the Dream Girl business has operated out of Oregon Inlet Fishing Center for over fifty years with more than 70,000 happy fishermen.

As always we encourage angler participation in all aspects of the day, whether it’s gaffing fish, rigging baits, working the lines, or simply just riding up top with the captain. We want you to enjoy your day! Regardless of whether you’re an experienced angler or a novice we will strive to make your trip aboard the Dream Girl an unforgettable experience. Depending on the conditions of the day our professional crew can often customize your trip to catch what you desire, whether it is tuna, dolphin, wahoo, marlin, striper or cobia. We fish all year with striper and tuna trips available in the winter months.
