  Captain Billy Baum owner of the Dream Girl retired in 2000 after fishing 50 summer seasons at Oregon Inlet and 32 winter seasons in Florida with over 60,000 happy fisherman.  
  When it comes to captains and mates, you wont find a more dynamic duo than captain Jason Snead and mate Jimmy Hillsman. They truly care about their anglers having an enjoyable day of fishing.  
       
 

Jason Snead has been fishing for over 12 years and his 4th year on Dreamgirl.  The first few years as a mate and later as captain on private boats fishing out of Oregon Inlet, Ocean City, Hatteras, and Florida. He also has filled in as Captain on various charter boats. Jason does a great job as Captain on the Dream Girl.  He says he wants to make it his lifes dream.

Jimmy Hillsman on the left is the best mate ever on the Dream Girl.  He's always prepared for any type of fishing.  He's excellent in helping children.
