Jason Snead has been fishing for over 12 years and his 4th year on Dreamgirl.  The first few years as a mate and later as captain on private boats fishing out of Oregon Inlet, Ocean City, Hatteras, and Florida. He also has filled in as Captain on various charter boats. He was the captain on the Dream Girl last year and did an excellent job.  He says he wants to make it his life time dream.

Brad Diaz is in his 7th season on the Dream Girl. Brad breathes, eats, and lives for fishing. Even on his days off he is often somewhere with a fishing rod in his hands. When it comes to helping the angler, you won't find a more helpful or considerate mate. From the most experienced angler down to the novice. Brad is excellent with children.
